Defective product

In case if you return the item due to a mistake made by the Seller or because it is damaged or defective, you must notify the Seller via the electronic return form within fourteen (14) days from the date of delivery. You must return the damaged, defective items, or the items that do not match your Order in the same condition that you received it.
