- At the top of the page - next to the “MyBrands” logo - there is a search module that allows you to search for the necessary phrases and keywords. This will undoubtedly make it much easier for you to view the offer. We would also like to suggest you to contact us at *0114, so we can choose for you something from our extensive range.
The Administrators of “MYBRANDS.AZ” online platform do their best to make the shopping process as simple and transparent as possible. Learn how to place an order in a few quick steps.
1. Select the desired category and product.
2. If the product you have selected is available in multiple options, please select the appropriate size and colour. Then the exact price of the item will be displayed.
3. Add the selected items to your shopping bag - at this stage, you can return to the shopping process.
4. To proceed to the next stage, click on the "Complete Order" button.
5. Enter the shipping address
The order summary, located on the right side, will show the item price, delivery costs, and the total due amount.
Accept our “Terms and Conditions” and click the "Proceed to payment" button.
6. Enter your Bank card details.
7. That's it! You have just placed an order at “Mybrands.az”.
8. You will receive an email with the order summary.

To update your MyBrands card, you need to contact our Information Center*
*Information Center in located in Park Bulvar in Lacoste shop (temporarily)
- It usually takes 1 to 3 business days for your order to be delivered.
Depends on the order amount. Currently orders above 300 AZN are delivered free of charge.
You can schedule an additional delivery for the next day, having previously agreed on the time by calling our hotline *0114. The number of additional deliveries is limited to 2 attempts.
You can return the product by sending the order to the following address Huseyn Javid str. 520/2 after printing and attaching an electronic return form* to it.

You can return the product within 14 days after receiving the order.
The refund period may vary depending on the Bank issuing the card and may take up to 10 business days.
The exchange is carried out through the return procedure.
You can exchange items by filling in the electronic return form in advance
Unfortunately, return and change of cosmetic and perfume products is not possible
Funds can only be refunded to the card used for the payment.
Unfortunately not. For payments made by Bank cards, refunds are made only to the Bank card used for the payment. It is not possible to get the refund in cash.
