Payment and Delivery

1. Payment

1.1. The payment for purchased products and their delivery must be made using the payment method specified in the Order form. Under no circumstances will you be charged any additional fees incurred by the Seller for receiving the payment.

1.2. If the payment is made via credit/debit card (VISA or MasterCard), you will be redirected to the respective bank's payment page.

2. Promo Codes / Gift Cards / Bonus Cards

2.1. Promo codes are codes that allow you to earn bonuses when shopping on mybrands.az.

2.2. Usage of gift cards:

• Any remaining balance on the gift card after a purchase can be used for your next purchase.
• The balance on the card cannot be converted into cash.
• The validity of the gift card is 12 months from the date of purchase.
• Lost gift cards cannot be replaced.
• Gift cards are only valid at MYBRANDS retail stores and cannot be used as bank cards or in any other form of payment.

*Digital gift cards are only valid on our website mybrands.az. They are not valid in physical stores.

2.3. Usage of bonus cards:

If you have a MYBRANDS bonus card, you can use it while making a payment on mybrands.az.

2.4. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your order, you can return the purchased products by following the standard return procedure described in the 'Return Policy' section.
